And, start saving money from your income. Buy one piece of equipment every month. This will not affect you significantly. For me, I followed this list of very important equipment that is required for anyone who wants to pursue the path of fitness:
-
Bench-press/squat rack
-
Barbell
-
Misc Plates
-
Ab Wheel
-
Door frame Pull-up bar
-
Stationary Bike
Burpee:
Though Burpee is a body-weight exercise, I wanted to include it separately due to the importance it brings with it. This is a very effective exercise to shape your body. If you are poor; Burpee is your path to achieve success. This works as an Aerobic and Strenght building website. You will see fast results with it. Start with 20 Burpee a set for 3 sets. Even though if you do not include any other exercises with it. You can see minor results just by doing Burpees.
Running/cardio:
Nothing beats the good old running. To have fit physic, running is a must. It does not cost you a bit. You can buy a simple running shoe and start your daily running from now on. If you are very new to exercise, my suggestion would be to start with slow running. This creates an environment of physical stress. Your body slowly gets accustomed to the physical stress. It slowly will start to accept other stress of other physical exercises. Regular running can help you a lot to burn extra calories.
If you are not fond of running or you have any health conditions that stop you from running; you can try the alternative of running which is swimming and cycling. These exercises also have help to build lean muscle and lose extra fats from your body.
